This Purple elastic is 90% nylon, 10% spandex and very soft, making it ear friendly. It is flat .Each drawsting has an adjustable PVC bead that slides easy to adjust the fit (take care not to slide it all the way off). The elastic loop is about 8", making both sides about 4". It has about 50% stretch. It is latex free.
